Unser Angebot / Our offers
Wir beraten behördenunabhängig und kostenlos geflüchtete Menschen in allen Fragen des Asylverfahrens:
- Was ist ein Asylantrag und wie läuft das Asylverfahren ab?
- Warum ist die Anhörung (Interview) wichtig und wie bereite ich mich darauf vor?
- Was ist beim Asylbescheid zu beachten und wie geht es danach weiter?
- Was ist ein Asylklageverfahren und was ist hierbei zu tun?
- Was ist das Dublin-Verfahren und was ist hierbei zu tun?
Bitte bringen Sie alle Unterlagen mit, die mit Asylantrag, Aufenthalt oder Fluchtgründen zu tun haben. Wenn vorhanden, bitte auch Atteste, Terminzettel, Visitenkarten der behandelnden Ärzte/Krankenhäuser, Zeugnisse usw.
Wenn Sie keine ausreichenden Englisch- oder Deutschkenntnisse haben, bringen Sie bitte jemanden mit, der übersetzt oder informieren Sie uns, dass Sie eine Übersetzung benötigen.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir keine anwaltliche Vertretung anbieten.
We advise refugees on all aspects of the asylum procedure independently of the authorities and free of charge:
- What is an asylum application and how does the asylum procedure work?
- Why is the interview important and how do I prepare for it?
- What do I need to know about the asylum decision and what happens afterwards?
- What is an asylum appeal procedure and what do I need to do?
- What is the Dublin procedure and what do I need to do?
Please bring all documents relating to the asylum application, residence or reasons for fleeing with you. If available, please also bring medical certificates, appointment slips, business cards of the treating doctors/hospitals, certificates, etc.
If you do not have sufficient knowledge of English or German, please bring someone with you who can translate or inform us that you need a translation.
Please note that we do not offer legel repesentation.
